\nThis concerns the following question: Can substance X (product X or technology X) be avoided or replaced by an alternative? Data collection<\/span><\/span><\/h3>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”3\/4″][vc_column_text css=””]With REACH, CLP and the Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR), the European Union has taken on a pioneering role in dealing with hazardous substances. The data generated is available on the website of the European Chemicals Agency ECHA. This data forms the basis and starting point for analyses and comparative assessments. If necessary, we research databases, scientific journals and specialist literature on the Internet.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/4″ text_align=”right” mobile_text_align=”left”]

Valuation and valuation tools<\/span><\/span><\/h3>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”3\/4″][vc_column_text css=””]We have developed the WIDES disinfectant database<\/a> assessment tool for the use of disinfectants in hospitals and care facilities, for example. This database, which is freely accessible on the Internet, facilitates the well-founded selection of safe disinfectants with the help of comparative evaluations.
